Providing Design Continuity Across 30+ Properties for StayCity Group
Client
StayCity Aparthotel Group, including the Staycity and Wilde brands, operates 30+ locations across Europe, Ireland, and the UK. Invent Interiors was selected as their FF&E provider and consultant with a focus on enhancing guest experience while maintaining consistency in standards and aesthetics across the group.
Challenge
In competitive sectors where margins are tight, clients are often faced with challenges when it comes to maintaining high standards with pre-determined budgets. Staycity needed a specialist and trusted partner to ensure continuity of product supply and design quality across multiple locations, working with different builders and investors in various countries.
Work
Our team collaborated closely with the Staycity Design, Procurement and Project Management teams. This included identifying and sourcing products from established and reliable supply chains across Europe. After gaining a complete understanding of the both brands, INVENT worked closely with the design team to develop the furniture package to meet senior managements requirements and budgetary needs, ensuring consistency across the group. Throughout the project, we also worked directly with builders, quantity surveyors and general managers to price and deliver furniture solutions for new openings, retrofits and upgrades to existing properties.
Result
Our client can now depend on a successful collaboration which adds to their guest experience while maintaining design standards within budget. Long term trust is established and they can depend on a proven expert to provide continuous support in both supply and delivery to new openings, retrofitting, and upgrades across the group.
